It was the tallest structure in the world for 41 years, was initially met with protest, and is repainted every seven years. Additionally, it was almost built in a different city and has a secret apartment at the top. For four decades, the Eiffel Tower held the title of the world's tallest structure, until the Chrysler Building in New York City surpassed it in 1930. Many prominent French artists and intellectuals initially protested against the tower's construction, considering it an eyesore. A small, private apartment was built at the top of the tower for Gustave Eiffel, the engineer who designed it, and he used it to entertain guests. Located in: Champ de Mars.

Воспоминания делают нашу жизнь значимой. Новизна влечет воспоминания: новая еда, новые люди и новый маршрут домой. Когда мы становимся старше (мне 63), большинство людей испытывают меньше эмоций. В позднем возрасте мы генерируем меньше воспоминаний, если только мы сами что-то с этим не сделаем. Я решила начать вести видеодневник, и мне очень нравится мое новое хобби. Я люблю путешествовать, мне нравится исследовать новые места и делиться своим опытом путешествий, точкой зрения и своей историей.
