Starview's ERB/PH Series rotary type heat sealers are designed for medium to high volume production requirements. These machines are specifically designed for medical applications using foils, medical kraft, Tyvek and other heat sealable lidstock.
Starview's ERB/PH Series machines have process controls for validation including in PLC temperature and pressure controls with high and low user adjustable alarms. All timer settings are accessed through the color HMI and are highly repeatable. PLC memory includes a recall of the last 99 sealing cycles and data storage for up to 99 recipes.
