• Goals Tab: Includes a Vision Board, Annual Goal Breakdown, and Quarterly Goal Breakdown.

• Trackers Tab: Features Monthly Appointments and Habit Trackers.

• Meal Planner Tab: Covers 52 Week Meal Planning, Self-Care (Water intake, supplements, workouts, and weight tracking), and Grocery List.

• Monthly Tab: Comprises 14 Monthly Overviews spanning from December 2023 to January 2025, with a two-page spread per month. Starts on Mondays and includes Week Numbers and Full/New Moon Phases.

• Weekly Tab: Presents a Vertical Layout, a two-page spread with a Monday start. The header indicates the current month, week, and includes a Mini Monthly Calendar.
