Learn how to make authentic Chicken Bukhari Rice — a flavorful Arabian rice dish with tender chicken, aromatic spices, and rich color! This recipe is perfect for family dinners, Ramadan iftar, or special gatherings. 
👇 Ingredients You’ll Need:
🥣Chicken (with bone) – 1 kg
🥣Oil – 3 tbsp
🥣Onion – 2 large, sliced
🥣Garlic Minced – 2 tbsp
🥣Cardamom – 4
🥣Cloves – 4
🥣Bay leaf – 2
🥣Tomato – 3 medium, blended
🥣Tomato paste – 1 tbsp
🥣Salt – to taste
🥣Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
🥣 Arabic masala – 1½ tsp
🍀For Rice
🥣Basmati rice – 3 cups
🥣Hot Water - 5½–6 cups
🥣Green chilli – 2 (optional)
🥣Dry lemon (loomi) – 1
🥣Carrot – 1 cup, julienned
🥣Raisins – ¼ cup
🥣Salt – adjust carefully
🍀METHOD OF COOKING :
🥣Heat oil in a deep pot.Add Carrots, Raisins and Fry . Fry everything and set aside.
🥣Add onions , Whole spices andsauté till golden.
🥣Add garlic and sauté well.Add tomato paste, sauté well
🥣Add salt, pepper & Arabic masala.
🥣Add chicken pieces and sauté 5–7 minutes.Add blended tomatoes and mix well
🥣Cover and cook till chicken is 90% cooked.Remove chicken and keep aside.
🥣Add rice and mix well in 1 minutes
🥣Add dry lemon, Hot water, carrots & raisins and green chilly .
🥣Taste and adjust salt.Cover and cook on low heat for 15–20 minutes.
🥣Switch off and rest 10 minutes.
🥣Finish Chicken (Optional but Recommended)🥣Pan roast / air fry / oven roast chicken at 200°C for 10–15 minutes till golden.
🍽️ Serving: 🥣Spread rice on a platter andPlace chicken on top.
