Bukit Lagong is a beautiful spot located in the Selayang District, Selangor. It's under the care of the Selangor Central Forestry Division, so, just be sure to make your own thoughtful decisions before heading up the hill.
The hill features two majestic peaks, one 498 meters, and the other 575 meters high. To reach the second peak, you'll first go down to 350 meters before climbing up again—sounds like quite the adventure!
Back in 2024, I took on the Bukit Lagong Challenge and managed to complete 3 laps of the 12km event. This year, 2025, I'm gearing up to join the 12km; 1 lap category. Fingers crossed for a smooth race and hopefully a great result!🌿

Bukit Lagong 位于雪兰莪州士拉央縣，由雪兰莪中区森林句所管制，所以入山就自行斟酌。
这座山分为2个山峰，498米和575米高。要前往第2峰前，必需下降到350米，然后再往上趴，才能到达山顶；所以这也是它的挑战之处。
2024年我参加了 Bukit Lagong Challenge 完成了3圈12公里的赛事。而今年2025年，我参与12公里；1圈的组别，希望这次我也能顺利完赛，可以得到一个较好的成绩。
