When he looks out the window beside his hospital bed, the world begins to glitch; for a brief moment, it feels as if reality itself is slipping out of him.

Just a few corridors away, he finds tubs filled with… people.
They look as if they’re being stored there.
Some of them lie discarded in the corners ... motionless, abandoned. Dead.

Horror and revulsion surge through him.
The cold draft from the ventilation system crawls across his skin, and a second wave of fear presses down on him.
