Hidden motion sensor cameras reveal the secret nocturnal lives of our endangered Eastern Quolls!
It's mid breeding season for the quolls, and there's a ton of activity after dark including joeys emerging from nest boxes, family dinners, play-fighting youngsters, and rarely witnessed nor recorded behaviour such as a female collecting leaf litter for her den.
The 'camera traps' enable Aussie Ark staff to witness this activity without disturbing the animals, and we're delighted to see the quolls thriving.
