These Smoked Cinnamon Rolls on the Traeger are TOO GOOD to Resist (& Bourbon Brown Sugar Bacon!)

Описание: These smoked cinnamon rolls with bourbon and brown sugar bacon and a maple bourbon cream cheese frosting were delicious! This recipe took me back to my days as a US Navy cook, when we had to make thousands of baked goods from scratch - including cinnamon rolls using a basic sweet dough.

I start off by showing you how to make a simple sweet dough for homemade cinnamon rolls, and give you some tips for rolling and cutting your cinnamon rolls to prep them for the pan.

Then, we make some fantastic and simple bourbon brown sugar bacon on the smoker - with just the right amount of sweetness. And once the rolls are proofed, we make a homemade cream cheese cinnamon roll frosting with a hint of maple syrup and bourbon.... These smoked cinnamon rolls on the Traeger were absolutely fantastic!
