The Mercedes E55 AMG was the World's fastest sedan in its day! 465hp from factory while most other sports cars had under 400hp. Now after 22 years and many miles let's see how much power is left in this legend!
First it has a list of issues we need to fix. Transmission doesn't shift right oil leaking everywhere lights on the dash. So we fix the transmission first then new belts after they ripped in us driving and a few more things. Once is was running good we took it out to test 0-60 just to see how well this E55 aged. And wow it still got it! Very powerful and super fast!
Very pleased to see the E55 perform so well so we put it up against one of out diesel builds. Specifically the 380SL with a OM603 and Borgewarner S252. That diesel SL did not disappoint!
