There are many ways to finish off wood; from varnishing, coating, painting, and polishing using wax.You can buy a prepared wax polish from many outlets, or make your own [ which is even more satisfying to do].
In my demonstration I will show you a very simple way to make your own polish, using very simple ingredients, which is a tried and tested way of making a superb wax polish, to add finish to any timber.
It keeps almost indefinately, once made, for years! and has a nice refreshing scent, leaving wood with a glistening and satin sheen over the surface.
Note: ingredients used are mixed cold - as you will see in my demonstration - [ They are NOT heated] - never use turpentine near flames, and NEVER heat it up!] I do the process using only cold ingredients from the container.
