Описание: We head North on HWY 95, to spend the weekend in Goldfield & Tonopah, Nevada
for the 20th Annual Goldfield Days, in Historic Goldfield, Nevada.


Big Summer Blow Out Nevada Style is a weekend at this historic town. The kids and I spend Saturday in Goldfield watching the parade & then touring the town. The parade is simple & sweet, small town America all the way! Roughly 250+ live here full time.
This video is part one, next time we will visit the T&T Railroad museum, the local Fire House Museum & visit a building only open once a year!



AND as a super secret bonus, the kids and I get to explore the richest man in Nevada home away from home...that is coming next week. I am just typing this to see if anyone reads these LOL
I know I read descriptions BUT what % does the same?
Also for those who are new here, I have a difference in my brain & yes, I geek out about odd things. Such as a railroad line that has been defunct since the late 40’s...

Goldfield was a boomtown in the first decade of the 20th century due to the discovery of gold – between 1903 and 1940, Goldfield's mines produced more than $86 million at then-current prices. Much of the town was destroyed by a fire in 1923, although several buildings survived and remain today, notably the Goldfield Hotel, the Consolidated Mines Building (the communications center of the town until 1963), and the schoolhouse.
