In this video you are able to see my result of doing 3 months of Keto. I am very happy about the outcome, my focus was to lose fat and maintain my muscles at the same time, without going through hell. This is my 4th keto cycle done in my life and every time I feel amazing while doing it - I definitely recommend it to everyone who has a bit more body fat.

While in Keto, you are not allowed to eat any carbs (of course, completely 0 will be very difficult, however you need to stay close to 0). Your body will switch its energy consumption from glucose to ketones (from carbs to fat), due to the lack of carbs being consumed. Honestly it was the best thing I stumbled upon, while starting my fitness road approx. 4 years ago.

One of the biggest influences for me was "Dr. Berg" (find him on YouTube), he has a ton of videos on YouTube and he explains the process very well, in my opinion. He is very dedicated to inform people about keto and you can tell, he does this with good intentions (from what I've seen back then).

Additionally I also started cold showering, when I started Keto, this time. Until today I am still doing it and so far it is going pretty well. It gets colder now in Germany, however I don't care about the cold anymore, instead it gives me good feelings. A good trick is to get into the shower, turn it on (it should be very cold in the beginning), rub your hands and wrists under the cold water and normally it should get a little bit warmer after 20-30 seconds. Then you stand under the cold shower and it feels warm, due to your cold hands (will be a weird feeling but amazing at the same time as well).

More content will be coming very soon, I have planned to make a commentary video about my 3 months of keto with the experience I had + I will analyze my power throughout the cycle (I have written down every workout session) + I did a blood test after 2 months in keto, which is very interesting in my opinion, which will be discussed as well.
