The potato diet is not healthy (and it can't "cleanse" anything)

Описание: My take on High Carb Hannah’s 30 day potato diet (aka potato cleanse). It's not a "cleanse". It's not a healthy way to lose weight. It's an unnecessarily restrictive diet lacking in several key nutrients. Please don’t do it...unless you do something like the nutritionally complete version I show in the video. That's not so bad. :)
