Spring in the alps is one of the most relaxing atmospheres you can experience. The melting snow filling up dried out river beds, the smell of lush green in the air, the trickling of flowing water and gentle birdsong help calm your mind. A perfect harmony for yoga, meditation, massage, or sleep.
One day I realized I have so much nature around me, but others don't have the opportunity to see such pristine nature on a daily basis. This is my way of sharing what I see and hear with the world.
This particular video was taken on a hike in the Salzkammergut region of Austria. It had just snowed the night before and the sun was melting the accumulated snow and ice on the trees.
