Chicken shawarma (Middle East style )
Ingredients:
For the chicken:
1kg chicken breast ( thinly sliced)
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp red pepper paste
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp of each: paprika, magi powder, dried coriander,
1/2 tsp of each: black pepper, cinnamon powder, ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp salt
For the garlic sauce:
16 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 lemon juice
Water if needed
Onion 2 big slices dipped in vinegar water
Coriander chopped
For the shawarma wrap:
Homemade tortilla
You can make Soft fluffy tortilla wraps
• 2.5 cups All purpose flour
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp Yogurt
• 2 tsp Olive oil
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• Warm water as required

⭐ Chana Dal ki Panjiri – Recipe
Ingredients
• Chana dal (chickpea split) — 1 kg
• Ghee — 1/2 kg (adjust to preference)
• Sugar — 2cup powdered(according to sweetness)
• Cardamom — 5-10 (powdered)
• Sonf– 2 tbsp (powdered)
• Almonds — 3-4 tbsp, chopped
• Cashews — 3-4 tbsp, chopped (optional)
• Pistachios — 2-3 tbsp, chopped (optional)
• coconut in slices — 2 -3 tbsp (optional)

⭐ Instructions
2. Grind the dal
• Grind the dal to a fine or slightly coarse powder (your choice of texture).
3. Roast in ghee
1. Heat ghee in a pan.
2. Add ground dal and cook on low flame for 45 minutes until aromatic.
3. Add cardamom and sunf powder.
4. Add nuts
• Mix in chopped almonds, pistachios, cashews, and coconut.
5. Add sugar
• Turn off the heat and mix in sugar (powdered sugar mixes best).
• Adjust sweetness to taste.
