Seriously though, the combination of Thai + Italian basil, while not the same as holy basil, is super good!!
Fun fact, the correct pronunciation of this dish is “pad ga prao” with the R in the last syllable. However, due to a common mispronunciation by Thai people, it is most commonly written in English as pad kra pao, with the R in the wrong place.
