Jordon Rico from Disability Services & Legal Center explains what the Disability Disaster Access & Resource Center (DDAR) Program is and who it serves. The program's purpose is to assist individuals with disabilities or people who are electricity dependent for outages and weather events. This talk was given during the COPE Northern Sonoma County May 2022 Leadership meeting.
