✅ Clean, simple interface (QB overwhelms me visually)
✅ Seamless Stripe & PayPal integration
✅ Cash coding feature = mass coding transactions in seconds
✅ Actually helpful support team
The biggest game-changer? When I email Xero support with a complex inventory question, they actually help me solve it. Try getting that level of support from QuickBooks Online. I'll wait... 😅
Yes, some credit union feeds can be finicky. But honestly? For clients who don't need daily bookkeeping, I just import statements monthly. Xero handles it beautifully.
Your software should make your life easier, not harder. That's why my entire firm runs on Xero.
