After camping on the Lannahechee River, Arthur goes fishing in the morning. Arthur explores the nearby woods, where a Panther charges him, which he shoots before it attacks. Afterwards, Arthur encounters a Snakebite Victim who he helps by sucking venom from his wound. Arthur then returns to Braithwaite Manor where he investigates a shack and he finds a Scarecrow wearing a Derby Hat. Arthur passes through the plantation, investigating a small village next near the main house. Borrowing a canoe, Arthur makes his way to Clemens Point where he camps for the night.
