We start our journey at the Meeting House before visiting the Statue of the Brothers De Witt, two of the most famous historical figures from Dordrecht. Next, we stop by the City Hall of Dordrecht, a beautiful and historic building that reflects the city’s proud past.

Our walk continues to the impressive Church of Our Lady, followed by the Catharijnepoort (1652), one of the city’s surviving old gates. From there, we enjoy a view of the Watertoren Zwijndrecht (Water Tower) and pass the Voormalige Bonifatiuskerk (Former Church of St. Boniface).

We then explore the Groothoofdspoort, one of Dordrecht’s most iconic landmarks, before heading to the Voormalig Nieuwkerk (Former New Church) and the Kunstkerk (Arts Church), now a vibrant cultural venue. The tour continues through the Market of Dordrecht and ends peacefully at Park Merwestein, where deer roam freely in this lively green space.
