Rice paper snacks are easy to make and are healthy as well. You can use any filling of your choice .
In this recipe of rice paper spring rolls, the steps are:
1. Take veggies like corn, onion, garlic, capsicum , etc of your choice and toss them in butter
2. Take mashed paneer and grated cauliflower . Mix all these items together.
3. Then add salt, herbs, chilli flakes and oregano.
4. Mozzarella and cheese is added as well(optional)
Mix everything together.
5. The filling is ready. Now take water in a bowl for the rice paper. Then add the filling in the soaked rice paper, roll it and put it in the air fryer. Repeat the process and crispy rolls are ready. Then cut it into pieces and enjoy this yum 😋 yum snack..
