The Outer Worlds 2 - GTX 1080 TI - FSR3 Frame Generation Enabled Engine.ini - Tweak - Double FPS!

Описание: The Outer Worlds 2 doesn't have in-game-setting for FSR3 frame generation, but it can be enabled with Engine.ini tweak.

Add those lines to the Engine.ini in %LocalAppData%\Arkansas\Saved\Config\Windows
(if you don't have the file, just make a new file called Engine.ini )

[SystemSettings]
r.FidelityFX.FI.Enabled=1
r.FidelityFX.FSR3.UseNativeDX12=1

and then set the Engine.ini to read-only.

Now when you launch the game, FPS is doubled with frame generation.
With GTX 1080 TI, frame generation brings the FPS to 60 from 30 , @ 1080p FSR4 Q Medium Preset.
