One of many problems with the Viper Alarm by Directed Model 5805V
Video uploaded for customer support of directed to view.
Installed on a 2007 Hummer H3
Data plan enabled. Dome Light enabled.
Vehicle sometimes does not lock at all and sometimes the alarm will arm but the doors will not lock unless I stand outside my truck and press lock 4 to 6 times until I physically see my door locks lock.
vehicle sometimes does not unlock when unlock on remote is pressed. I have to press it 4 to 6 times until my door locks lock. (All Door locks/latches are new)
Replaced remote 8 times
Replaced computer brain 2 times.
