Disney Treasure Cruise Day 7: Castaway Cay, Sea Star, Plaza de Coco Dinner, Scat Cat, Disembarkation

Описание: Hi, friends! Welcome back for Day 7 of our trip on Disney's newest cruise ship, the Disney Treasure! This was ultimately Day 7 and Day 8 of our 7-night Western Caribbean Cruise.

We started the morning off with some Mickey churro waffles and eggs benedict at Marceline Market. We got off the ship to explore Castaway Cay and we got to take a picture with Mickey out on the beach. We took a bike ride around the island and headed over to the adults only beach where we relaxed in the water and found a wild sea star. For lunch, we had some BBQ at a cook out on Castaway Cay, which felt like a good old family cookout.

A Broadway-style Moana show was going to play that day at the Walt Disney Theater, so we headed back onto the ship and watched the awesome show! Te Fiti was absolutely amazing! We loved the show so much that we actually saw it twice that day. At some point we did some more Disney trivia and had some food from Mickey's Festival of Foods out by the pool deck.

Before heading down to dinner, we had to pack up our luggage because the next morning was disembarkation day. :( We packed up our suit cases and left them in the hallway so they could be magically transported off the ship by the next morning.

After we packed, we went to our final rotational dinner on the cruise, which was at Plaza de Coco. For this second night at Plaza de Coco, Miguel celebrated Day of the Dead, or Dia de los Muertos, and was able to see one of his ancestors. The food and the music were great and I truly enjoyed my time there.

To end the night, we headed over to Scat Cat Lounge for some more drinks and Disney piano music. It was really enjoyable. As we were sitting at Scat Cat Lounge, we heard some noise outside so we went to check it out. To my surprise, Spider-Man was there and so were many other Disney characters. We found the real treasure aboard the Disney Treasure. That basically concluded our final full day.

Unfortunately, our adventure did come to an end. Day 8 was an early morning. We had to grab breakfast at Plaza de Coco. The food was only okay, but at least we got to eat something before getting off the ship. Upon getting off the ship at Port Canaveral, we were able to retrieve our luggage and head home.

Overall, our first cruise ever was such a great experience! We truly enjoyed the cast members, the shows, the food, the character meet and greets, the ship activities, the pool decks, the bars and lounges, Palo, and Castaway Cay! Everything was amazing and I really hope to do it again soon!
