His grit quickly took him from helper to cashier, and eventually to a manager’s seat by the end of that year. But the path to success was paved with failure; he launched his own tea shop in 2003 and another in 2004, only to watch both collapse into losses. Undeterred, he started once more in 2005, building his vision piece by piece for over a decade until Amman Restaurant was finally born in 2017. Today, that ₹15 wage has transformed into a culinary empire built on pure resilience.
