Описание: We finally reached space after completing our first space-capable ship.
Now it’s time to search for the perfect asteroid base location, focusing on key resources like ice for oxygen and hydrogen production.

With jetpacks enabled in space, we begin scouting asteroids, planning an orbital base, and preparing for life support, logistics, and defenses as new threats and moving targets become a factor.

This marks the start of true space survival and the push toward deep-space exploration.

The Frontier Engineer is a new playthrough in Space Engineers with the latest Apex Survival update.
We’ve set the difficulty to maximum and disabled the jetpack — at least until a medical bay is built. On top of that, we’ve added a couple of mods to push the survival aspect further:

Ore Redistribution – forces us to travel between planets to progress.
Hacking Computer – lets us claim grids without grinding every block, with the self imposed rule; only if it’s placed on an AI block.

The goal isn’t a final boss fight. It’s about surviving and adapting to the harsh environment, and building a life as an engineer in the system.
