Futureproof 60 Bottle Unscrambler 🇩🇪

Описание: Our Futureproof Bottle Unscrambler is dedicated to work with plastic (PET and HDPE) bottles in cosmetic, household and industrial cleaner production factories.

An automatic machine including and based on the Delta Schneider robot supported with the Omron vision system in this example.

This robotic machine receives empty bottles from bulk, then orients, processes, and positions them onto an adaptive transportation system, pucks handling system or a moving, vacuum conveyor for further downstream processing.

Thanks to the rotation of the fourth axis, it also supports irregularly shaped packages. The robot changes the position of the bottle as it moves and places the bottle correctly oriented.

If the robot drops the bottle it will attempt once more to pick up a bottle from the same area and move it to the transportation system. It is possible thanks to our optimized image analysis program. After the first try the system makes a new picture, verifies the bottle’s new location and position and then tries to collect it again.

Productivity of the machine is 40 - 60 pcs. / min. with 1 delta robot and 80 - 120 pcs. / min. with 2 delta robots.

It can be used as an independent module or part of our Flexible Line.
