Описание: The 'Black Water Lagoon' is located north of the town of Barra de Navidad, Black water is untreated sewage. The lagoon has been in existence for several years and during the drier season the liquid leaches into the ground. During the wet season with torrential rains from Hurricane Nora and other storms, the lagoon overflows flooding the local area. Dump trucks were adding to the height of the lagoon to avoid further overflows. (CORRECTION: Nueva Hispañia should be Nueva España)
