Minister of Energy and Energy Industries, Stuart Young, says he was very clear in his statement about the bid for the Pointe-a-Pierre Refinery put in by Patriotic Energies & Technology Co Ltd (“Patriotic Energies”) during his contribution to the budget debate on Friday.
This, as the company has since said that the Minister's statements were misleading.
