The SNP were blasted for using the Post Office scandal as a 'constitutional football' and for politicising the issue.
SNP MSP Keith Brown disagreed with the claim then proceeded to politicise the issue by targeting The Scottish Conservatives over the matter.
In Mr Brown's speech, he didn't mention the Scottish Crown Office or Scottish The Procurator Fiscal once, but instead laid the blame squarely with the UK government.
