In the process of backing up a number of VHS tapes, I came across an extended news report by the BBC dating back to 1991. The focus of the news was on the opening of the new QEII bridge at Dartford and featured Queen Elizabeth II marking the opening and the unveiling of the name of the bridge.
This is just a short segment of the report; I have restored it using Topaz labs latest Ai model - Astra. In order to preserve rather than change details, I opted for the precise setting. I will upload the full clip and possibly a little breakdown/process video exploring how this can be used. As you can see, it brings the fuzzy VHS recording into far greater detail, albeit with some artifacts.
