Описание: My first fishing video of 2026 sees me making the most of a rare break in the winter storms to get back on the beach at Sandbanks, Dorset. January can be an excellent month for UK bass fishing, so with calmer conditions forecast, I headed out for a winter beach fishing session targeting bass from the shore.

The session turned out to be a great start to the year, producing a nice-sized bass, plenty of smaller school bass, and a bonus plump flounder to round things off nicely. Winter fishing can be challenging, but when conditions line up, cold-water bass fishing can be extremely rewarding.
