Описание: Thursday August 10 2017 at 12.22. The 12.21 Lanark to Glasgow Central(13.12) train and the Midday Glasgow to London Euston (17.33) train. This is about 25 miles south-east of Glasgow and the first Scottish level crossing on this channel. It has its own Facebook page. In December 2016 a Virgin train hit an empty car here. The 71 year old lady driver may have turned on to the tracks by mistake. Like Floriston LC 70 miles south, this was a half barrier crossing until 2006. 52 seconds of the wait here was cut. My only previous visit to Scotland was on this date in 1988 and concluded on a Glasgow to Euston train that used this crossing.
