4-Layer Flip-Over Spinach & Feta Börek Using Ready Phyllo (Tart Pan)
Ingredients
• 4 sheets of ready phyllo dough
Filling:
• 1 large bowl chopped spinach
• 200 g feta cheese
Sauce:
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup yogurt
• ½ cup olive oil
• Salt & black pepper
For topping:
• Extra sauce
• Sesame seeds
• Nigella seeds

Instructions
1. Whisk together eggs, yogurt, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Lightly grease a tart pan.
Place the first phyllo sheet, letting the edges hang over. Brush with sauce.
3. Add the second sheet, brush with sauce.
Add some spinach and feta.
4. Place the third sheet, brush with sauce, add more spinach and feta.
5. Add the fourth sheet and brush with sauce.
Fold the overhanging edges inward to close.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) until golden.
7. Carefully flip it over.
8. Brush the top with more sauce and sprinkle with sesame and nigella seeds.
9. Bake again until crispy and deeply golden.
10. Slice and serve warm.
