Product Info: Trivial Pursuit, the Classic Edition, from Hasbro Gaming, is for 2-6 players, ages 16+. It comes with a game board, 400 cards, 1 die, 6 Wedge holders, and 36 wedges. Trivial Pursuit has been entertaining players for over 35 years. Over time we have seen editions that focus on certain categories and decades, Jr. editions, and countless licensed versions. But today, we're going classic! Not much has changed since the original. The wedges feel slightly different, and there are no longer small cardboard boxes for the cards, but otherwise it all looks the same, played on the iconic board and full of challenging trivia. And the simple rules also remain the same: roll the die, land on a color and do your best to answer a question. The classic categories are also as you remember them: Geography, Entertainment, History, Art & Leisure, Science & Nature, and Sports & Leisure. You can play solo or with teammates. Every time you land on a Category Headquarters Space, a correct answer will earn you 1 of the 6 needed wedges. Once you fill your wedge holder with 6 pieces, move to the center of the board where your opponents pick a category to challenge you for the win. So what is different about this new version of Trivia Pursuit? The questions! A lot has happened in 35 years! Trivial Pursuit was an instant classic, and changed how people and manufacturers thought about games. It might not be as popular as during its heydays of the 80s, but Trivial Pursuit is still a great game that's both challenging and fun. And if you are ever playing against me, and I get to the center of the board, ask me a Geography question - it's my worst category!
