Hello again! And welcome to another Foodie Friday! I am so excited to have you here. Today, we are making turkey meatballs, roasted potatoes and sauted brussel sprouts. This is a go-to dinner here in our home and maybe it will become one in yours! Let me know your thoughts! XO - Tiffany
// TURKEY MEATBALLS //
1 lb. ground turkey
1 box instant stuffing
1 cup chicken broth/stock/water
2 eggs
Mix all together. Separate into 10-12 meatballs and bake at 400 degrees for roughly 20 minutes. Eat with cranberry sauce.
// ROASTED POTATOES //
Potatoes of your choice
Amount of your choice
Cut them the way you like
Garlic and onion powder
Ranch seasoning
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Bake!

1 lb. brussell sprouts
1 stick butter
