But someday you meet a guy and he is a manager of a SPAC, you talking about the merger and you understand that it is your fastest and cheapest way to go public. You start to prepare everything for a good run, plan, public speech, how to valuate your company, and 100 other small things that you need to handle. After months of work you meet another guy, and it is a Goldman Sachs guy. Who will choose some random name, or a Goldman Sachs SPAC? I think it is obvious and 90% of people will choose Goldman Sachs because they can make promotion for your stock.

I told it several times, but I think it is a pure pyramid scheme, they organize SPAC, then push stock in the right direction, and voila, easy +100-300 percents.

I am going to buy and hold GS Acquisition Holdings Corp II with ticker: GSAH.

They are looking for private companies in the Diversified Industrial, Healthcare, Technology, Media and Telecom, and Alternatives Asset Management sectors.

It is hard to predict, what stock they will organize, but I hope that it will be something with a 5 to 15 bln valuation.
