Figuring out your unique dietary needs as an ostomate is mostly trial and error. Personally, I'm still figuring out my own. This video is a general road map to understanding why ostomates' anatomy differences make them prone to digestive/nutrition issues, as well as what things you should know as you fine-tune your food regimen. Please note that I am not a medical professional--just a curious patient. I'd like to share with you some of the things I've learned along these past two years of my ostomy journey.
