We spent Labor Day Weekend camping at Johnson's Shut-Ins State Park as well as visiting the Shut-Ins & exploring Elephant Rock State Park as well. Afterward we headed over to the historic town of Caledonia where we grabbed unique hot dogs for lunch & some delicious handmade ice cream for dessert!
