Milwaukee Police were involved in a vehicle pursuit & fatal crash on 19th and W Hampton in Milwaukee

Описание: Milwaukee Police were involved in a vehicle pursuit that occurred on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at approximately 7:17 p.m. 🙏🏾💔🕊️

Officers observed a vehicle (Unit #1) driving recklessly and wanted for a felony. They attempted to make a traffic stop in the area N 19th and W Hampton.

The driver refused and a vehicle pursuit ensued. The pursuit ended when Unit #1 struck a tree in the 1900 block of W. Hampton Avenue and engulfed in flames.

The driver and sole occupant of the fleeing vehicle, a 17-year-old, sustained fatal injuries, and was pronounced deceased at the crash location. 💔💔💔

Two officers were transported to a hospital for treatment non-fatal injuries sustained while trying to rescue the driver from the fire.
