Lotus Biscoff & Nutella Ice Cream
450ml cream
250g peanut butter
300g condensed milk
130g crushed lotus biscuit
100g Nutella, thinned with little warm water (or use a caramel sauce)
Whisk together condensed milk, cream and peanut butter with an electric whisk until smooth. Fold in ½ of the crushed lotus biscuit.
Pour 1/3 of the ice cream mix in a cake tin, drizzle the Nutella sauce and sprinkle some crushed biscuits, repeat this process 2 more times.
Freeze for 6-8 hours or until the ice cream hardens.
Scoop and serve garnished with a lotus biscuit.
