I got CPU vs CPU working for the Capcom Fighting Collection (1, 2, and Marvel) so the first thing I had to do was capture a tournament of Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper with the bonus characters from CvS2 + Ingrid added. Funny thing, Spectator mode is a function in the Offline Versus mode of the game, you just can't toggle to it without a memory manipulation. I've posted the text version of the cheat table below to do this.

This is a re-recording of a video I uploaded a few days ago. After rewatching parts, I realized the AI wasn't as good as it could have been. I set the difficulty to the highest level, but to get maximum level AI, you need to get that the cpu to play at the highest level late in the arcade ladder. Not to get in the weeds, but this was actually kind of difficult to figure out in this Collection. But I was able to do so and the result was really great, the CPU in this plays pretty intensely, it makes for a good tournament.

I made a small mistake and initially had Cammy as an X-ism but she should have been A.
