The Fusion Tech SH-5 Shredder is a medium sized machine designed to create shredded/pulled product almost instantly for medium sized meat processors, restaurant commissaries, and convention centers. It is capable of shredding up to 1,750 pounds of cooked meat per hour without cutting or tearing, giving you a hand pulled look quickly and easily.
The design is simple — drop cooked meat into the top and within seconds you’ll have shredded/pulled meat emptying out into your buggy, vat, or onto a discharge conveyor.
