So….I powered up the kit today…decided to just play. I was loving what the kit sounded like, so I figured “hey, why not turn the cameras on and share?” I was so excited for what I was hearing that I forgot to turn on my video lights!! Love this kit! The playability and sounds are mind-blowing (to me)...
The main kit here is the Roland V71, kit name is “BeBop Bliss” from the Roland Cloud ‘Slingerland 58’ expansion kit. Great pack! I have my 71 midi’d to my TD50X, and the kit I chose here is ‘Tama GranStar’ from the Vexpression “Vault” pack.
Full disclosure – this is me just noodling….no rhyme or rhythm...no structure…it's literally just sound exploring fun on the kit. Side note – I added the EFX Cymbal pack from Cloud yesterday – the stacker I’m playing here is from that pack, an Agop Clap Stack (I'm an Agop guy, so I was thrilled to see this expansion pack!), with a bit of stacker added to the TD50X, too.
