Worst Airbnb Experience in Split 😂 | Filipino Travel Vlog Croatia 🇭🇷

Описание: We’re a Filipino couple living in Iceland 🇵🇭🇮🇸, and in this vlog we share our worst Airbnb experience ever in Split, Croatia 😅.

When we booked, the listing said self-check-in, but the host kept sending me instructions, photos, and even called us. On the day of arrival, she said she would wait for us — I found it weird, but my husband said maybe she was just being kind.

She greeted us warmly and explained everything (for about 20 minutes straight 😂). But soon after:
👉 My husband turned on the air conditioner after his shower, and the host immediately switched it off — saying it was raining and she needed to conserve electricity. “It’s cold anyway!” ❌❄️ (Meanwhile, we’re from Iceland and 20°C+ feels very hot 🥵).
👉 I used the washing machine for just 2 shirts, and she got upset again 😬.
👉 The vibe turned so uncomfortable that even while it was raining, we decided to leave.

Later, I checked the reviews and realized other guests had similar complaints. And just when I thought it was over… the host even accused us of damaging the door 🚪😳. Thankfully, Airbnb refunded our stay 🙏.

💡 Travel Tip: Don’t rely too much on the “Guest Favorite” badge on Airbnb — always read reviews carefully before booking.
