Here we have the Norfleet Rocket Launcher, the most powerful Rocket Launcher in the game.
You can acquire this from Hyperius the Invincible, I received mine on OP3. There are many diffent varieties of Norfleet, this particular one is the corrosive version
This thing will fire 3 blobs of pure energy that deal immense damage.
Unfortunately the accuracy leaves a lot to be desired, this will work best against mobs or large enemies up close.
