Materials:

• Net fabric
• Lining fabric
• Matching thread
• Buttons
• Measuring tape
• Scissors
• Sewing machine
• Iron
• Pins

Step 1: Taking Measurements
Start by taking your baby’s measurements for the chest, waist, and length. Use these measurements to create a pattern for your frock.

Step 2: Cutting the Fabric
Using your pattern, cut the net fabric for the frock and the lining fabric. Remember to add seam allowances to your net fabric and cut out the lapel collar as well.

Step 3: Lapel Collar
Sew the lapel collar to the lining fabric. Trim the seam allowance, turn it right side out, and press it flat.
