Today I am reviewing the Windsor & Newton Water Colour Markers. They retail for $5.99 each but I picked up 8 colors for $2.69 each at Jerry's Artarama a couple weeks ago. These are the only watercolor marker I know of to be lightfast (resists fading) all of the ones I picked up have a rating of A permanent or AA extremely permanent

The brush tip is very responsive and precise, I have played with these quite a bit and have not noticed any wear on the nibs.

The burnt seinna was not strongly tinted, I would recommend a different brown. I wiish I bought a cadmium red or orange. Colors blended well and lifted even after the pigment dried and say a while.
I used these color:
Cad Yellow Hue
Yellow Ochre
Burnt Sienna
Perm. Rose
Quin. Magenta
Indigo
Turquoise
Sap Green

I really enjoyed these, they are definitely worth the $2.69 I paid (maybe as much as $4) but I doubt I would buy them for $6 because I only use markers for crafting and sketching and not for work that I need to be non-fading. I do prefer these to the other watercolor markers I have tried but I have to condenser the price. I think artists making permanent artworks with markers will find these to be the perfect choice!
