As part of India’s first multi-stage venture capital firm, Mandar has helped steer investments in 450+ startups across five funds worth USD 350 million. He also co-produces the reality TV show Horses Stable - Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar with actor Suniel Shetty, and has served as an independent advisor to the Ministry of External Affairs during India’s G20 presidency, shaping the StartUp20 Engagement Group.

Beyond venture capital, Mandar’s contributions as Trustee of CASP have supported healthcare for 30,000+ patients and education for over 10,000 children. A sought-after speaker at CII, IIMs, IITs, and NITs, he continues to bridge investment, policy, and geo-economic perspectives to empower the next generation of innovators.
