Jim Welsh from E/One's Field Service team compares the WH101 grinder pump station (left) to the DH071 grinder pump station (right). The WH101 features and open wetwell tank design; the DH071 features a wetwell/drywell tank design. The pumps are identical in function and only look slightly different.
Both stations are most often used for single family homes: both features one 1 hp E/One Extreme Series grinder pump; 70 gallons of capacity; and rated for 700 gallons per day (GPD) usage. The average GPD in the United States is estimated at 300-400 for a single-family home.
